A busy, busy day! Today American best-selling author Stacy Eaton (My Blood Runs Blue) interviewed me on her fabulous blog. We talked about writing in general and, of course, the writing of Safe Harbor.
Stacy is a full-time police officer in southeastern Pennsylvania, a mother of two, and a tireless promoter of other writers. Every Wednesday, she features an author and his or her books on her blog. I don’t know when she finds the time to write her novels, but she does. Her next, Whether I’ll Live or Die, which deals with domestic violence, will be released on July 13.
And if that’s not enough for one day, early this evening I’ll be interviewed on Canoe FM by Greg Roe and Catherine Coles. Their program, broadcast from Haliburton Village in Ontario cottage country, is called Haliburton County Reads. I’m trilled to be on it tonight because Safe Harbor was largely written at my stone cottage in the county.
Tune into the program at 6 p.m. ET at canoefm.com. Click on “Listen in Live.” There are currently no podcasts being made, so you’ll need to listen in at 6 — or a little later as I understand it will run about 20 minutes.
All this is hectic but so much fun!
