World Enough…and Ed

Tomorrow, we celebrate the launch of World Enough and Crime, a collection of 23 crime fiction stories, with a party at Sleuth of Baker Street bookstore. Thank you, Marian Misters, our Sleuth hostess!

World Enough includes tales by award-winning authors Rosemary Aubert and Melodie Campbell, and award finalists Donna Carrick, Madeleine Harris-Callway, Lynne Murphy, Joan O’Callaghan and myself—with my latest Pat Tierney story, “Antonia.”

Ed with hat1ABut what is special about this anthology for me is that it marks the fiction debut of my sweetheart, Ed Piwowarczyk. A veteran journalist and a former Harlequin copy editor, Ed has always been wholeheartedly supportive of my writing. He’s offered great suggestions and has done first edits of my novels.

An Editor’s Note calls Ed’s story, “The Angels Wait,” in World Enough “the best debut fiction this reader has encountered in years. Ed Piwowarczyk’s prose flows perfectly to its inevitable conclusion.”

It’s your time to shine, Ed!
