Armchair travel with DESTINATION: MYSTERY!

Destination: Mystery!, a collection of 16 crime stories set in popular vacation destinations, has just been released by Darkhouse Books. And I’m thrilled that my story, “Plastic Paddies,” is one of them.

DestMystV2-1(web)The anthology is now available as a paperback and an e-book on Amazon.com. Kobo and Nook are still processing it, but it should be available from them in a day or two.

“Plastic Paddies” is set in Ireland, and opens when a Canadian couple embark on their very first transatlantic trip–to the Emerald Isle.

Other vacation spots in the collection include the Caribbean (“Blood Lines” by Dennis Palumbo), Las Vegas (“Mess With the Bull Get the Horn” by Michael Terlecki), New Orleans (“The Bride Wore Gold” by Margaret S. Hamilton), Mackinac Island on Michigan’s Upper Peninsula (“Arch Rivals” by Jack Bates) and Front Royal in Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley (“Murder in the Middle of a Battlefield” by Brenda Seabrooke).

If you don’t have a trip planned for this summer or fall, curl up with a copy of Destination: Mystery! and let the authors be your travel guides.

Also available as an e-book on Amazon.ca.

Darkhouse Books is based in Niles, Calif.
